Lisa Akiri advises clients on matters involving Cayman Islands law, focusing on all aspects of finance and corporate law. She has a wide range of experience in structured finance and debt capital markets transactions including high yield bond issues, securitisations and repackaging. She is also a member of the firm’s Africa Group.

She joined Harneys in January 2013 and was previously at Maples and Calder.
