Carolynn Vivian advises on all aspects of corporate and commercial law in the Cayman Islands, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate and finance transactions, restructuring and local licensing. She also advises on the establishment, operation and restructuring of open and closed-ended funds, and funds listed on the Cayman Islands Stock Exchange. She advises the firm's financial services clients on matters relating to the conduct of business, licensing and regulatory reporting and approvals in the Cayman Islands.
 
Carolynn has extensive experience in corporate and commercial transactions spanning four jurisdictions. She has been involved in large share and asset acquisitions in Australia, England, Canada and the Cayman Islands as well as significant finance transactions. She has drafted and negotiated essential service contracts with Europe's leading airlines, airports and air traffic management authorities.
 
Prior to joining the firm, she practised at Higgs & Johnson in the Cayman Islands and Borden Ladner Gervais in Canada for five years in each case. Before that she practised at a leading Sydney law firm and served as in-house counsel in London.
