Harneys is pleased to announce the expansion of the BVI Investment Funds and Regulatory practice with the recruitment of Nadia Menezes as counsel.
Nadia joins Harneys as an experienced senior lawyer with expertise encompassing offshore investment funds, regulatory, corporate and finance law. She advises on the formation and regulation of hedge funds, real estate and private equity funds, as well as restructuring and regulatory compliance. Nadia also advises on corporate, commercial and securities transactions for both private and publicly quoted companies, property financing, cross-border merger and acquisitions, restructuring, formation and ongoing issues in relation to limited partnerships, stock exchange listings and various other BVI general corporate law issues.

Nadia has over 11 years of experience in BVI law and practice and a strong Latin America network. She joins Harneys from Appleby where she worked as counsel.
